The ChargeDefense Story

ChargeDefense was established in 2013 to address the Black Hat mobile charging vulnerability called “juice-jacking”. The company is an engineering firm with electrical, cybersecurity, geo-physical, and project management expertise. Our primary product, the Juice-Jack Defender® was designed and engineered to prevent identity theft and malware when charging mobile devices. Our technology is based on disciplined engineering processes and extensive testing.

Since introducing the Juice-Jack Defender®, ChargeDefense has expanded its products to include other high-quality products including the Hello Sunshine Solar Charger^TM.
We continue to add new, innovative, quality products to our product line and have the manufacturing and sales channels to meet both individual and large orders.

In January 2015, ChargeDefense became a small business incubator company under BizTech, moving our offices from Stuart’s basement to The Entrepreneurial Center (TEC515) at 515 Sparkman Drive, Huntsville, Alabama directly across the street from the University of Alabama – Huntsville. The move has allowed us to increase our R&D activity with additional lab and office space as well as participate in collaborative opportunities with other technology startups. Come visit us anytime!
