We at ChargeDefense want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact support at sales@chargedefense.com.

In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of any purchase, ChargeDefense LLC will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us via our contact form and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.

Once we have received and verified your request you will receive a confirmation email that will include a pre-paid return label for returning the product.

Please allow 10 days for processing of returned items, upon receipt.

SHIPPING

For all items “in stock”, ChargeDefense will ship same or next business day, depending on the volume and time of purchase.  For items “out of stock”, we will notify you of our anticipated shipping date and will do our best to get those products to you in the fastest time possible.
